Kudus has long been mentioned as a target for clubs playing European football after impressing for the Hammers since signing from Ajax in 2023. Journalist Fabrizio Romano has confirmed talks are ongoing but that there is a long way to go before a deal is done.

Romano also claims there are two other clubs in the race for the Ghana international. Chelsea have been credited with an interest, while Al-Nassr have also previously been linked.
